Our take
I would choose Mornington Hotel London Victoria for a simple, central base near Victoria Station on a calmer residential street: rooms are cosy and air-conditioned, Wi-Fi is free and room service is available. It is family-friendly, but facilities are limited, so plan meals outside. The 7.2 score from 362 reviews is moderate; I see it as a sensible choice when location and quiet nights matter more than extras.
- Take advantage of the free Wi-Fi to plan your daily excursions around London.
- Explore the local residential streets for charming cafes and eateries beyond the main tourist areas.
- Utilize the nearby public transport to easily reach Buckingham Palace and other major landmarks.
