Our take
Otel' Persheron is a practical Moscow hotel I would pick for pet owners and car travellers: pets welcome, free parking, free Wi-Fi and full-service laundry. Dizengoff99 is a short walk away and the station a quick taxi ride. A guest score of 9.0 from about 20 reviews is strong, though the sample is very small, so I would read recent reviews first. I would book it for convenience, not for a long list of facilities.
- If you're travelling with a pet, this hotel is a solid choice with its pet-friendly policy.
- Take advantage of the free parking if you're driving, it simplifies your arrival and departure.
- Walk to Dizengoff99 for nearby dining options and a taste of local life.
Why we love it

Why guests love itI would choose Otel' Persheron for a traveller with a pet or a car who also wants laundry done for them. Pets are welcome, parking and Wi-Fi are free and full-service laundry is available. The listing puts Dizengoff99 a short walk away and the station a quick taxi ride, so I would count on a taxi for trains. A guest score of 9.0 from about 20 reviews is high, but 20 is a very small sample.
