Our take
Mandarin Hotels Group offers a full set of upscale facilities: warm rooms, an elegant restaurant, a bar, a spa, a gym, complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, parking and a pet-friendly policy. Yet a 7.4 score from 1,751 reviews is modest for a four-star, which suggests uneven execution. I would book it for the spa and the included breakfast, but keep expectations measured.
- Take advantage of the complimentary breakfast to start your day energized.
- If traveling with a pet, confirm the specific pet policies and any associated fees beforehand.
- Explore the spa facilities for a relaxing end to your day, especially the hot tub.
