About this hotel

This sits in the downtown cluster of the Mercantile Center selection, close to Fort Worth's Central Station and T&P rail hub rather than the Fossil Creek stop further north, and the building itself is the first draw: a 1921 high-rise with city views that the newer Fossil Creek properties simply cannot match. The Italian restaurant and the bar and lounge on site give a genuine reason to stay in rather than go looking downtown, though 6th & Commerce is a single minute away on foot if the mood changes. The pet-friendly policy is a rare find at this design tier, and the airport shuttle covers the trip out without a rental car.
