Our take
I would consider Hotel Serena for a practical stay near Roma Termini, where the airport shuttle, parking and free Wi-Fi do real work. Warmly decorated rooms, some with whirlpool tubs, add a little comfort, and pets are accepted. A 7.4 average suggests uneven experiences, so I would pick it for convenience and services, not for a polished hotel feel.
- If you're travelling with family, inquire about specific room configurations to ensure everyone is comfortable.
- Take advantage of the hotel's restaurant for convenient dining, especially after a long day of sightseeing.
- Consider using the airport shuttle for a hassle-free transfer to and from Leonardo da Vinci International Airport.
