This is one of only two confirmed pet-friendly hotels on the entire Kurukshetra Junction route, which makes it the default choice for a family unwilling to leave a dog behind for a Brahma Sarovar pilgrimage trip lasting several days. The restaurant downstairs is low-key rather than elaborate, but it is reliable enough for an evening meal without needing to search elsewhere in an unfamiliar part of town after dark, and the airport shuttle removes the hassle of arranging a separate car for the Chandigarh run. Free parking rounds things out for a family driving in with both a car and an animal to manage at once during a busy multi-day pilgrimage trip.
